It’s about that time of year where the cold and flu is something we try to avoid at any cost. Yael Eckstein has a healthy, all natural recipe for an anti-biotic to kill any nasty germs you may encounter this winter. Read below and try it out for yourself!
The cold, rainy weather in Israel has arrived, and I’m officially at war against the flu and cold viruses. I need my health in order to take care of my family, to worship, and to work long days at amazing projects of The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews – so I do everything possible to stay healthy, which is certainly cherished in God’s eyes.
This is my bottle of ’natural anti-biotic’ which I try to drink each morning to kill off any germs that might have entered my system. It also tastes delicious!
Want to try it at home?
– Chop 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger and place it at the bottom of a medium sized jar. Add 3 tablespoons of boiling water.
– Fill up the jar 3/4 of the way with honey (a natural anti-biotic)
– Wash, then slice a large lemon and add it to the honey/ginger mixture.
Keep it in the fridge and each morning place a large spoonful of the mixture into a cup with hot water and drink on an empty stomach.
Blessing us with a healthy winter!
Yael Eckstein
