In preparation for Passover, which begins later this month, Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein handed out Fellowship Passover Packages to impoverished Israelis through the Fellowship-supported Yad B’Yad organization.

Many Jews wish to celebrate this holiday by preparing the special Passover meal, called seder, but so many cannot afford even the basic necessities, let alone special holiday foods.

Thankfully, Yad B’Yad brings food boxes to so many impoverished Jews in the city of Lod, Israel, bringing hope and comfort, especially during the holiday season. Yad B’Yad, which means “hand in hand,” helps the most desperate citizens of Israel – Holocaust survivors, single parents, disabled veterans, lonely elderly, and new immigrants. Without Yad B’Yad, supported by funds from The Fellowship, so many would go hungry.

While Yad B’Yad distributes meals all year round, a special Passover Package means so much to all those who want to celebrate the holiday with dignity.

The Fellowship must distribute over 13,000 Passover Packages to those who need it the most this season. Time is running out to provide for “the least of these”! You can personally select the items you want to send. Give a Passover Package today.
