This week, Rabbi Eckstein traveled to the city of Tiberias, where he visited the home of the Malik family, who made aliyah (immigrated to Israel) on several different Fellowship Freedom Flights.

The seven people in the family span three generations, and all of them were excited to meet Rabbi Eckstein and to know The Fellowship still cares about how they are doing.

Overall, the family is adjusting to Israel quite well. They have found jobs, the eldest daughter has received medals in kayaking, and the youngest daughter will start first grade next year. The grandmother of the family will soon celebrate her 80th birthday, which she is very happy to spend in Israel.

Vadim, the city’s aliyah coordinator, praised the quality of The Fellowship’s work and said the city would be happy to take in more olim (immigrants).

You can help keep families together and provide lifesaving airlifts to the Holy Land. Please give a Freedom Flight today.
