You know those people who only eat local produce? Yes, that’s basically everyone in Israel.

Why? Because Israel is smaller than the state of New York and over 90% of food consumed is grown in this holy soil.

And you know what’s really awesome? For the most part, we only eat local and what’s in season, so we’re not lacking anything!
