Aliyah to Israel Continues

The Jewish communities in the former Soviet Union have long found themselves threatened, from turn-of-the-century pogroms to the Holocaust perpetrated by the Nazis during World War II to the communist war against people of faith after the war ended.

But as they face yet another threat, Yael talked with CBN’s Julie Stahl about how God’s children now have friends devoted to helping them make aliyah (immigrate) to Israel, the land God promised them:

And while Ukrainian Jews are continuing to immigrate to Israel, no “big Exodus” is expected, said Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews of Canada.

Yael recently returned from a visit to the Ukraine. CBN News spoke with Yael about the situation of the Jewish community in the Ukraine during this cold winter and these uncertain times:
